About the Role
This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) at KB Signaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, enter, and maintain data in company systems to support signaling and railway performance analytics.
- Assist with validating data accuracy.
- Identify inconsistencies.
- Prepare basic reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Organize data sets.
- Support analytical projects with routine data extraction.
- Document processes to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members across functions.
- Communicate findings clearly.
- Follow established data quality and security standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Spreadsheets, databases, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time hours reliably.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Basic understanding of Statistics.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Introductory Data Modeling skills or a willingness to learn modeling concepts.
- Attention to detail.
- Accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational skills.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is beneficial.
- Interest in railway, transportation, or industrial technology sectors is a plus.
