About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of Clino Health’s presence across social media platforms in a remote internship role. This role offers practical experience in digital marketing within the healthcare technology sector, with opportunities to learn best practices and contribute ideas to improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement.
• Help respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and product team members to translate product features into clear, engaging content.
• Track basic performance metrics to inform future content decisions.

• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights) and an interest in data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with healthcare or SaaS products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about healthcare practice workflows.
