About the Role
SAPA Bakery is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Baristas for its Gokulam location in Mysore. As a Barista, you will be a key part of the front-of-house team, crafting exceptional coffee and beverages while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is suitable for individuals eager to develop their coffee knowledge and customer service skills in a vibrant, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to the highest standards.
- Engage warmly with guests, taking orders and providing product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized barista station and seating area.
- Operate coffee machines and grinders with care, ensuring consistency in every cup.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
