Universal Auto Works is a luxury vehicle services and parts company specializing in Premium and Luxury European brands such as Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Range Rover, Porsche, and Volvo.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnose issues.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on premium and luxury European vehicles.
• Conduct inspections.
• Perform oil changes.
• Work on suspension and braking systems.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors.
• Document work performed.
• Advise on parts and enhancement options.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Automotive Repair.
• Hands-on experience with routine service tasks such as Oil Changes and related preventive maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of Suspension systems and associated components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals.
• Ability to follow manufacturer guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a workshop team.

Formal automotive technical training or certification from a recognized institute is preferred.

Experience working with European luxury vehicles or in a premium workshop environment is an advantage.
