About the Role
- Position: Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
- Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones), Monday to Friday, Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.
- No sales, no targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Graduation or Diploma is a plus.
