Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role. This position involves gathering project requirements, analyzing business workflows, documenting functional specifications, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create clear process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow maps to outline operational steps.
• Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Draft clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional user stories.
• Support project tracking, status reporting, and backlog management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, pivot tables).
• Basic understanding of Agile concepts, SDLC, or process mapping tools (draw.io, Lucidchart, MS Visio).
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Experience with Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, and Process Mapping.
• Experience with Stakeholder Communication.
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Details

• Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Duration: 1 to 3 Months
• Work Mode: Remote (India)
• Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
