Social Media & creator Executive
Brillare Science Limited
About the Role
- Run the creator programme that launches Brillare in the United States, and the social channels it feeds.
- Build Brillare's International Instagram and Facebook from zero and run the creator program that feeds it with video.
- Brillare is an Emami haircare brand launching in the US on Amazon and Shopify.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: A shortlist of 150 US creators across hair types; brief, contract and usage-rights templates in place; the claims checklist signed off; Instagram and TikTok accounts live.
- First 90 days: 40 or more creators active, 60 or more usable videos delivered, and at least 10 of them running in paid ads.
- Every month: Usable videos delivered, cost per usable video, the share of videos that go on to run in ads, on-time delivery, and zero claims or disclosure breaches.
Key Responsibilities
Creators (50%)
- Build a bench of US haircare creators, mostly nano and micro (1,000 to 100,000 followers), across straight, wavy, curly and coily hair and across thinning, shedding and scalp concerns.
- Run the full cycle: shortlist, negotiate (gifted, flat fee or affiliate commission), brief, ship product, chase delivery and arrange payment.
- Secure written usage rights for every video, for a stated term, covering paid ads (including partnership and Spark Ads), Amazon listings and Brand Store, and our website.
- Bring the best creators into the TikTok Shop affiliate programme and Amazon’s creator programmes, so their videos earn commission on sales rather than a flat fee.
- Keep one creator tracker: rates, deliverables, results and usage-rights expiry dates.
Social (35%)
- Launch and run Brillare US on Instagram and TikTok: 4 to 5 feed posts, 3 to 5 Reels or TikToks and daily Stories each week. Facebook runs as the page behind our ads and for community replies.
- Edit creator footage into Reels, TikToks and ad cut-downs yourself: hooks, captions, 9:16 and multiple lengths.
- Answer comments and DMs within one US business day. Pass any product complaint or skin or scalp reaction to customer service the same day.
Learning loop (15%)
- Send a weekly one-page report: videos delivered, cost per usable video, which videos the ads team scaled, and what to brief next.
- Pass the strongest videos to the performance marketing team, and the recurring questions and complaints from comments to the product and Amazon teams.
Rules that are not negotiable
- Claims: Use only our approved claims list. Never say stops hair loss or treats dandruff.
- Approval: Check every creator script and video before it goes live, and keep a record of what you approved.
- Disclosure: Every paid, gifted or affiliate post is clearly labelled as the FTC requires:
#ador the platform’s paid-partnership label at the start of the caption, and said or shown in the video itself. - Reviews: Never offer creators or customers payment, free product or any reward for an Amazon review or rating.
- Age: Work only with creators aged 18 or over.
