About the Role
The Technical Trainer role at Brillare Science Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and update training programs on Brillare’s products, ingredients, and technical concepts for internal teams, retail partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Preparing training materials and manuals.
- Translating complex technical information into clear, practical guidance.
- Assessing training effectiveness.
- Maintaining training records.
- Coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and consistent technical messaging.
- Supporting continuous learning by organizing refresher trainings.
- Responding to technical queries.
- Staying current with industry developments and Brillare’s product innovations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Training and Technical Trainer roles, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Skills in Training & Development and Training, including program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong Communication skills for presenting, facilitating group sessions, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to create clear training materials, presentations, and documentation using standard office and digital tools.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in training or technical education.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Preferred Background
- Background in cosmetics, personal care, or related science (e.g., chemistry, cosmetology, dermatology) is preferred.
