About the Role
MedTourEasy is seeking a Data Analysis Trainee for a remote traineeship program. The trainee will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and partner-related data from various sources. Responsibilities include performing basic data analysis, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting the evaluation of international care alternatives with data-driven insights. The trainee will work with senior team members to develop and refine data models, interpret statistical results, and present findings. The program involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and partner-related data.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Generate reports and dashboards.
- Support the evaluation of international care alternatives with data-driven insights.
- Work with senior team members to develop and refine data models.
- Interpret statistical results.
- Present findings in a clear, structured format.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic Data Modeling skills and familiarity with organizing data for analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or a programming language (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in healthcare, global health systems, or medical tourism is an advantage.
