doimpo collab
About doimpo collab
At doimpo collab, we replace traditional creative agencies with integrated Growth Operating Systems. We design high-conviction visual identities, digital headquarters, and media assets for mid-market enterprises.
The Opportunity
We are opening seats for ambitious Visual & Brand Design Interns ready to step into an active production environment. You will work directly under our Design Operations Head and Founder, executing client-facing visual frameworks, brand identity kits, multi-slide carousels, and digital interface assets for fast-moving startups and enterprise brands.
Term: 4 Months | ~20 hrs/week
Work Model: Fully Remote
Mentorship Lead: Design Operations Head & Creative Leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Systems & Identity: Translate client strategy into clean typography hierarchies, color token matrices, and modern logo mark applications.
- Editorial Social Architectures: Design high-retention 4:5 vertical statics and multi-slide carousels for LinkedIn and Instagram, strictly adhering to grid systems and negative space rules.
- Web & UI/UX Collateral: Produce conversion-first landing page wireframes, mobile app interface mockups, and presentation master decks.
- Production Discipline: Follow a strict 15-day hard freeze calendar cycle, executing creative briefs across Batch A and Batch B delivery windows without communication lag.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Figma: Core layout design, vector components, responsive frames, and prototyping.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Solid functional working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (clean asset isolation, vector manipulation, photo retouching).
- Canva Pro / Presentations: Fast-turnaround deck assembly and collateral templating.
- Asset Fundamentals: Strict understanding of export formats, aspect ratios (4:5, 9:16, 16:9), color profiles, and typography kerning/leading.
Attitude & Culture Fit
- Speed & Fast Adaptation: Comfortable working in a rapid, feedback-heavy startup environment where briefs evolve and turnaround windows are tight.
- Zero-Ego Receptivity: You treat design critiques as operational refinements, not personal attacks. You iterate rapidly without attachment.
- Anti-Cliché Eye: Natural instinct to avoid cheesy 3D illustrations, rainbow gradients, and generic stock imagery in favor of clean, architectural minimalism.
- Execution Ownership: High self-management. When given a creative brief, you ask the right questions upfront, solve layout bottlenecks independently, and hit delivery deadlines.
The Return on Your Time
- Direct Leadership Mentorship: Daily feedback loops with our Design Operations Lead and Principal Architect.
- Enterprise Portfolio Depth: Real-world case studies across active consumer and B2B brands.
- Institutional Verification: Official Certificate of Completion and an executive Letter of Recommendation upon strong performance.
- Program Terms: 4-month professional development residency focused on fast skill acceleration and real brand exposure.
- Top performers receive immediate consideration for retained junior designer positions upon completion.
