About the Role
The Aesthetic Physician will provide on-site medical aesthetic services at Svelte n Shine’s Mumbai facility in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations.
- Assess skin and body conditions.
- Recommend appropriate aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Perform procedures such as laser therapies, injectables, and other cosmetology interventions as per protocols.
- Create individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure informed consent.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold safety standards.
- Follow evidence-based practices.
- Support continuous improvement of service offerings.
- Participate in patient education.
- Contribute to clinical protocols.
- Stay updated on advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness therapies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Medical qualifications such as MBBS with a recognized specialization or certification in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine.
- Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and non-surgical cosmetic interventions.
- Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to design personalized treatment plans and manage patient follow-up safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and ethical practices in medical aesthetics and wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain procedures clearly, address concerns, and provide patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation.
- Comfort with using advanced medical devices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Prior experience in a cosmetic clinic, dermatology practice, or wellness center in an urban setting is an advantage.
