Role Overview
- Reporting to the Casting Yard Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, Bending & Tying of reinforcement cages for segments.
- Preparation of BBS based on approved drawings.
- Optimization of Scrap & Offcuts.
- Ensuring safe working conditions and safe acts of all workers, machineries etc.
- Ensuring quality at all stages.
- Submission of requirement of steel on a monthly basis to the Construction Manager.
- Submission of RFI as per systems according to planned activities.
- Rebar reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Interactions & Coordination
- Interacting with Engineer’s representatives and internal departments.
- Coordination between the shift engineers.
- Coordination with external departments.
