Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

This is a part-time, remote Junior Data Analyst role supporting SK Global Recruitment’s talent and client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize recruitment and candidate data from various internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Update databases.
• Generate basic reports.
• Prepare summaries to help the team understand hiring trends and performance metrics.
• Validate data accuracy.
• Identify inconsistencies.
• Assist in the creation of simple dashboards or visualizations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters and operations staff to provide timely, data-driven insights that improve decision-making and overall efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets, basic formulas, charts, and filters).

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in data collection, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Skills in basic data analysis, including cleaning data, identifying patterns, and preparing simple reports.
• Skills in organizing information, attention to detail, and quality checking data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings in an easy-to-understand format.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.

Beneficial Qualifications:

• Familiarity with recruitment or HR data.
• Exposure to basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• An interest in developing a career in data analytics.

Beneficial Educational Background:

• A diploma or degree in data analytics, statistics, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
