You will be part of the Synthetic Molecule Pharmaceutics (SMP) team, responsible for delivering clinical supplies and developing robust, scalable manufacturing processes for quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Powder Processing: Conduct hands-on powder handling operations for solid dosage form development, including weighing, sieving, blending, granulation, milling, powder compaction, and film coating using bench-scale and at-scale equipment.
- In-Process Testing & Characterization: Perform routine assessments of powder and compact properties, such as flowability, density, mechanical characterization, disintegration testing, and other relevant characterizations.
- Drug Product Manufacturing: Execute manufacturing operations for solid oral dosage forms (tablets and capsules) following Batch Records and SOPs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs), batch records, and other data management systems.
- Data Analysis: Process and analyze data using tools such as Excel, statistical software, or Python scripts.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to laboratory safety protocols, equipment handling procedures, and SOPs.
