Outbound Operations Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp Outbound Operations Intern to help run our AI-powered outbound platform day to day. You'll work directly with the founder on live client campaigns and learn about outbound, sales, and growth within an early-stage AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day outreach operations across client campaigns.
• Manage client inboxes and write replies to prospects.
• Set up and maintain outreach tools and workspaces.
• Track campaign results, identify successes and failures, and flag them early.
• Assist in preparing weekly client reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear, natural written English (most important).
• An organized mind: ability to follow processes and identify anomalies.
• Ability to pick up new web tools quickly.
• Genuine curiosity about startups, sales, and B2B growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing (social, content, growth, or sales outreach).
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Details

• Location: Hybrid, mostly work from home, with one day per week at our Goregaon (Mumbai) office.
• Commitment: 5 hours a day, partly in the evening IST (to accommodate US prospects).
• Duration: Minimum 2 months.
• Stipend: Rs 5,000/month.
• Open to students and fresh graduates.
