About the Role

As a publicly employed individual at ALPHA Augmented Services, you will work at the interface between the company and public institutions. Your daily tasks include maintaining and expanding relationships with local government agencies, coordinating projects with the public sector, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and administrative requirements. You will analyze regulatory requirements, support internal teams in understanding public frameworks, and accompany approval and reporting processes. The position is full-time, on-site, and located in Chennai. You will work closely with colleagues from technology, logistics, and sustainability departments to successfully implement joint projects.

Qualifications

• Public Sector & Administration: Profound knowledge of dealing with local government agencies and institutions, as well as experience in the public sector and working with authorities.
• Government Relations & Stakeholder Management: Skills in building and maintaining relationships with government representatives, including negotiation skills and understanding of political and administrative processes.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex content understandably and address different stakeholders appropriately.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, evaluate data, policies, and regulatory requirements, and translate them into clear recommendations for action for the company.
• Further Qualifications:
• Completed university degree, preferably in administrative sciences, political science, business law, or a related field.
• High degree of personal responsibility, structured way of working, and teamwork skills.
• Good English skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with international teams.
