About the Role
AdmiralDirekt is seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) for automotive insurance to join their Customer Service Team in full-time, permanent employment. The role involves a thorough onboarding phase, with long-term prospects of a modern, secure workplace featuring predictable working hours and development opportunities within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting customers and interested parties via telephone, email, chat, and social media for automotive insurance products.
- Existing customer management and communication with authorities and other insurers.
- Providing contract information and processing contract changes.
- Needs-oriented sales and customer service for automotive insurance.
- Potential training in legal protection insurance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship and/or motivated career changers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalate situations, and find solutions.
- Flexible, resilient, and reliable with an exemplary work ethic.
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
