About the Role

Scroll Wide is a growing business services and IT solutions provider. This contract role for a Sales and Marketing Intern is based in Chennai in a hybrid arrangement, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and marketing activities.
• Assist with lead generation.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate customer communications.
• Help prepare marketing materials and presentations.
• Support basic market research and outreach campaigns.
• Assist senior team members with training-related tasks, such as organizing sessions, collecting feedback, and updating training resources.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Chennai.
• Ability to manage time well and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Training-related skills, including the ability to assist with organizing sessions, preparing materials, and gathering participant feedback.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media usage, and online outreach is beneficial.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
