Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and executes day-to-day logistics duties and operations.
- Manages shipping, receiving, and handling of parts and consumables.
- Analyzes and manages spares stock and availability.
- Coordinates and follows up on repairs.
- Performs inventory checks and transaction verification.
- Provides variance reports.
- Ensures adherence to established procedures (FSTD Tech Ops manual).
- Researches and identifies new vendors, OEMs, repair service providers, and contractors.
- Handles purchasing requisitions for parts and materials.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience as a Logistic / Inventory Coordinator
- Proficiency with inventory management and logistics procedures.
