Sales And Marketing Specialist

SHIVMANI SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT SERVICES

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients in the shipping and transport sector.
• Present services.
• Prepare quotations.
• Negotiate rates.
• Close sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Develop and execute basic marketing activities (e.g., local campaigns, client outreach, promotional materials).
• Track sales performance and report results to management.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service commitments are met and customer expectations are managed effectively.

• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Relevant experience in logistics, transport, or related service industries is beneficial.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and CRM tools is an advantage.
