Executive Trainee Trainer

About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
• Support training design and delivery for front-line staff (retail and wellness advisors).
• Ensure consistent product knowledge and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials.
• Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules.
• Track attendance.
• Document training outcomes.
• Observe daily operations and identify skill gaps.
• Gather feedback from team members.
• Suggest improvements to training content and methods.
• Collaborate with senior trainers and management to align training programs with brand guidelines, customer experience goals, and compliance requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to design and deliver training content, including presentations, role-plays, and product demonstrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Comfort with learning and explaining product features, ingredients, and usage.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai.
• Strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Specialization in training, human resources, retail management, or wellness is an advantage.
• Prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in training, coaching, or store-level mentoring is desirable but not mandatory.
