About the Role

Readofia is a 2x award-winning digital growth agency seeking a Digital Marketing Executive intern for an on-site role in Madurai North. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, with opportunities to learn from experienced digital marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, and other online channels.
• Support social media content creation and scheduling.
• Help manage Google Business Profile and basic SEO activities.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards.
• Prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital trends and tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational Marketing skills, including understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign planning.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, present ideas, and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Social Media Marketing skills, such as managing profiles, creating posts, and engaging audiences across major platforms.
• Web Content Writing skills, including the ability to create concise, engaging, and brand-aligned content for websites and social channels.
• Web Analytics skills, with basic familiarity in tracking, interpreting, and reporting on digital performance metrics.
• Relevant skills such as creativity, attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies are beneficial.
• Coursework or experience in digital marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred.
• Certification in SEO, social media, or analytics is an advantage.
