Sr Inventory Specialist PIM Ops

About the Role

As a Sr Inventory Specialist PIM Ops, you will manage deliverables that require analysis, problem-solving, and recommendation of solutions, often with some deviation from normal practice. You will communicate within your department or immediate team on matters requiring explanation or interpretation to reach agreement. You will manage expectations for processes impacting Inventory at different nodes in the Supply Chain and provide details on business metrics through reports and dashboards for core IM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute established IM processes using best methods.
• Generate reports to monitor inventory health.
• Own daily deliverables across Pyramids, provide weekly recaps, and meet with leaders.
• Ensure timely and proactive communication with key stakeholders, including Inventory Analysts at Target India and Minneapolis.
• Work as a team and cultivate an inclusive environment.
• Actively respond to workload volumes by managing responsibilities and re-prioritizing effectively.
• May work rotating teams to accommodate workload.

Reporting/Working Relationships

• Reports to the Inventory Manager.
• Works closely with Inventory Analyst teams and other teams as necessary.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Good knowledge of other MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate freshers or with 0 to 1 year of work experience.
• Approaches problems with curiosity and generates creative solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
• Highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work.
