Key Responsibilities

• Search and Selection: Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies.
• Social Media Engagement: Actively participate on social media, creating and posting content (including video material) on company channels.
• CV Formatting.
• Candidate Interviewing: Conducting interviews and preparing interview notes.
• Candidate Submission: Submitting suitable candidates' CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframes.
• Interview Arrangement: Arranging interviews upon client request.
• Interview Preparation: Preparing candidates for interviews.
• Feedback Collection: Obtaining feedback on candidates from clients.
• Offer Negotiation: Acting as a key contact in negotiations between clients and successful candidates for job offers.
• Candidate Marketing: Proactively marketing existing hot candidates.
• Job Logging: Logging jobs onto websites.
• Business Development: Awareness of new business potential.
• Bullhorn Updates: Adding and updating candidates on Bullhorn.
• Job Advertisement Writing.
• Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors.
• Database Updates: Updating interview and vacancy databases.
• Reporting: Preparing monthly reports to Fircroft.
• Company Branding.
