About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic customer outreach. This internship role is hybrid, based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on business needs. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales operations and marketing activities in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation.
• Assist with follow-ups.
• Perform basic customer outreach.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with team members on campaigns and promotions.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Support basic customer service tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to understand products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication.
• Customer Service skills and a professional, supportive attitude.
• Sales-related skills, including basic understanding of sales processes and comfort with client interaction.
• Skills relevant to Training and Sales Management support, such as willingness to learn and assist with sales coordination.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts (beneficial).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
