Key Responsibilities
- Handle the process from Customer PO to order processing, logistics, and dispatch.
- Verify PO details and update orders in ERP/Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery documents, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and update customers/internal teams.
- Maintain proper order and dispatch records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn ERP and logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and attention to detail.
- Any Graduate.
