Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, college Campus, Government skill development agencies, employment exchanges.
- Manage all recruitment related compliances including background, verification, negotiation audit responses.
- Work on specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA.
- Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at the respective area.
- Manage Geography stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals.
- Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase for better employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / Diploma in Human Resources
- Negotiation skills
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Effective presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Business acumen
