LinkedIn Marketing and Video Creative Expert

About the Role

The LinkedIn Marketing and Video Creative Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position will manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, including planning and executing content calendars, creating engaging posts, and optimizing campaigns for reach and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form and long-form video content tailored for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on video content creation.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on data.
• Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Support lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement initiatives.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute content calendars on LinkedIn.
• Create engaging posts for LinkedIn.
• Optimize LinkedIn campaigns for reach and conversion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Social Media Marketing skills with specific experience in LinkedIn content management and audience growth.
• Solid Communication skills.
• Sales-related skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in video ideation, scripting, and coordination with video editors or production teams is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or related domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
