About the Role

The Owner role at LogicMo Systems Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, set organizational goals, and ensure alignment of operations with long-term growth objectives in the smart transportation sector.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership and business management skills, with experience overseeing technology-driven or infrastructure-focused organizations.
• Proven ability in operations management, project governance, and cross-functional team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of smart transportation systems, system integration, or related domains such as tolling, traffic management, or mobility solutions.
• Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue management, risk assessment, and long-term investment planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated capability in decision-making, problem-solving, and handling complex, large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in leadership or ownership roles within technology, transportation, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
