About the Role

Work directly with the Founder to drive business growth through lead generation, sales, marketing, business development, and content creation. Ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and aspires to build their own business in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Build lead-generation channels through email marketing and LinkedIn, research potential customers, and execute outreach campaigns.
• Sales & Marketing Funnel: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, track leads, handle follow-ups, and optimize conversions.
• Business Development: Create client reports, pitch decks, and proposals; conduct market research and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Content & Social Media: Strengthen the Founder’s personal brand and Glido Labs’ Instagram presence through content research, ideation, scripting, and coordination with the editing team.
• Growth & Strategy: Track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and build scalable sales and marketing processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of marketing funnels, sales funnels, and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Content ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and AI tools is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is entrepreneurial, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn how businesses acquire customers, generate revenue, and scale. Preference: Candidates who aspire to start their own business in the future.

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month
