About the Role
The Validation Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Validation Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing validation activities for analytical instruments and scientific equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare validation protocols.
- Conduct validation tests.
- Document validation results.
- Generate validation reports for installations and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with technical, QA/QC, and service teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support customer audits.
- Maintain GMP-compliant documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Validation skills
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) skills
- Experience applying compliance standards in laboratory or manufacturing environments.
- Functional Verification skills
- Debugging skills
- RTL Design or related technical design skills where applicable to instrumentation control systems or embedded solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong documentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Ability to manage multiple validation projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience with analytical instruments, scientific equipment, or pharmaceutical/chemical industry validation processes is beneficial.
