About the Role
SUPR is a fast-growing D2C women's wellness brand focused on PCOS, cycle health, gut health, and everyday energy. This role involves following founders and capturing all aspects of the business, from meetings and launches to behind-the-scenes moments, to create engaging content for social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany founders at the office to record daily activities: decisions, meetings, shoots, launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture raw, real moments for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot short-form content, including reels, vlogs, day-in-the-life clips, and founder talking-head videos.
- Edit content if capable. Otherwise, organize and share files with editors the same day.
- Pitch content ideas based on trending material.
- Be present for events, including odd hours during launches and significant days.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active presence on Instagram and YouTube, with an understanding of engaging content.
- Ability to shoot well using a phone or camera, ensuring steady shots, good audio, and proper framing.
- Desire to improve in shooting, editing, storytelling, and content strategy.
- Located in or near Noida with the ability to be at the office frequently, sometimes with short notice.
- Comfortable being around founders and filming in their presence.
Bonus:
- Editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or AI editing tools.
- Personal Instagram or YouTube channel with self-created content.
Qualifications
- Not a good fit if you require a perfect script and a studio to begin filming.
- Not a good fit if you prefer a fixed 10-to-6 schedule with no surprises.
- Not a good fit if you do not consume content yourself.
What You Get
- ₹30–50k/month, based on full-time or freelance status and skill level.
