Role Description

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing software components under the guidance of senior developers.
• Implement back-end features.
• Fix bugs.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements.
• Document technical work.
• Support integration and deployment activities.
• Gain practical experience with software development life cycle processes.
• Gain exposure to industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, including understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with familiarity in at least one modern language such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Basic experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Ability to analyze problems, write clear and efficient code, and follow best practices for testing and documentation.
• Completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and tasks responsibly.
