About the Role

ClosetRepublic is a satire-based community platform for individuals with queer experience, focusing on career building, financial independence, and upskilling. This is a founding, stipend-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and co-create various products at ClosetRepublic.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Entity must be a person with queer experience.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome and no professional experience is required.
• Access to this opportunity is limited to freshers with queer experience or individuals with no professional skills but eagerness to gain hands-on experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly stipend of INR 4000 (weekly credited, contract) to cover utility or transport costs.
• Access to a proposed welfare fund after December (variable limit) for medical expenses, living allowance, transport allowance, skill-up allowance, etc.
• Access to a proposed infrastructure fund after December (limit 1L per year per entity) for professional devices and tools.
• Opportunity to get a role at https://veronami.com, a proposed agency for queer artists and developers.
• Working hours: 5 to 10 hours per week.

Note: Welfare fund access is strictly for survival, upskilling, and landing a professional job. Access to the welfare fund will cease after completing 5 paid professional jobs for https://veronami.com.
