RF/uW Solutions Engineer, Recent Graduate

About the Role

Keysight is seeking an RFuW Field Application Engineer to collaborate with the sales team, understand customer measurement challenges, showcase Keysight solutions, and ensure customer success. This role is part of a premier technical pre/post sales support team within the electronics, communications, and defense industries. Key aspects include persuading customers to prefer Keysight products, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Keysight’s customer engagements from a technical perspective
• Owning the technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and in some cases delivery
• Teaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities
• Creating demand for Keysight’s products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations
• Developing and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers as a resident expert while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave test and measurement applications, with an emphasis on vector network analysis and IQ modulation.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, Matlab, C.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to be dynamic and persuasive.
• Logistics:
• This is a field job; candidate must be capable of driving a company vehicle and transporting test equipment to/from customer sites.
• Security:
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Education: BS required, MS preferred in EE/CS/ECE or equivalent education with background in Telecommunications, Radar, and/or RF systems.
