About the Role

Lexus Media is a fast-growing Digital Marketing and Personal Branding Agency seeking ambitious creators for a Video Editor Intern role. This opportunity is for individuals who want to understand content psychology, storytelling, branding, and social media growth while working on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
• Editing talking-head videos, podcasts, promotional videos, and brand content.
• Creating engaging captions, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Collaborating with content strategists, designers, and social media managers.
• Assisting during content shoots and understanding production workflows.
• Organizing project files and maintaining editing timelines.
• Learning AI-powered editing workflows using modern tools.
• Continuously improving editing quality through feedback and training.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Knowledge of CapCut is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, subtitles, hooks, and retention editing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a team.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior internship experience, freelance projects, or a personal editing portfolio are beneficial.
