Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled OT Technician to assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures, particularly hair transplant procedures. The candidate should have knowledge of OT protocols, surgical instruments, sterilization, infection control, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures by arranging instruments, equipment, and necessary supplies.
• Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures, including hair transplant procedures.
• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
• Maintain OT hygiene and follow infection control protocols.
• Check the availability and working condition of OT instruments and equipment before procedures.
• Assist in patient preparation and shifting before and after surgery.
• Maintain records of OT consumables, instruments, and sterilization activities.
• Follow clinic protocols for biomedical waste disposal and patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in an operation theatre or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization procedures, and infection control.
• Ability to work in coordination with doctors, surgeons, and nursing staff.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to work in a clinical environment.
• Knowledge or prior experience in hair transplant procedures will be an added advantage.
• Experience assisting in surgical procedures will be a plus.
