About the Role

The Owner role at Twin Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, set organizational goals, and ensure alignment between technology services, BPO operations, and client needs in the global shipping and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise senior leadership.
• Monitor financial performance.
• Guide product and service innovation, particularly for solutions such as FINS and other ERP and IT offerings.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations.
• Ensure that service delivery meets quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.
• Foster a strong values-based culture.
• Support talent development.
• Drive long-term growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and executive management experience, ideally in IT services, BPO, or related technology-driven industries.
• Strong background in business strategy, financial management, and operational oversight for multi-service organizations.
• Experience in product and solution development, preferably with ERP systems, shipping or logistics technology, or enterprise software platforms.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at senior levels, lead negotiations, and build long-term commercial partnerships.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of global shipping, logistics, or supply chain domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
