About the Role

Retail Sales Associates are brand ambassadors, providing world-class service to customers. This role operates in a high-energy environment where associates collaborate to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor.
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Departments may include: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Base Pay: $19.13 per hour
