About the Role
AGILE MACHINERIES PRIVATE LIMITED is an industrial LASER machine manufacturer specializing in turnkey LASER marking solutions with integrated automation and traceability. The company delivers advanced systems that include auto-inspection, segregation, and vision inspection. Its product portfolio covers LASER marking, LASER cutting, welding, and cleaning machines.
This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer Trainee role based in Ahmedabad. The position is designed to provide structured on-the-job training and exposure to industrial LASER technologies and turnkey automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, testing, and commissioning of LASER marking, cutting, welding, and cleaning systems.
- Support senior engineers on projects.
- Participate in installation and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Help troubleshoot machine performance issues.
- Learn company processes.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and automation workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering, preferably with exposure to industrial machinery or automation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and basic circuit or system diagrams.
- Comfort with hands-on work on machines, including testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and methodical testing of equipment and processes.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical work clearly.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and follow safety standards and quality procedures in an industrial environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of automation, sensors, vision systems, or PLC-based controls is an advantage.
