About the Role
Aerocraft Engineering is hiring an experienced team member for the electrical design of various types of buildings/projects for US-based businesses. Project types include Multi-residential, Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial, Hotels, Stores, and Medical/Healthcare.
Job Location
- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings
- 6pm to 3am
- Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday Working)
- Work from office
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical load calculation, budget, sizing, design, and layout for schematics design, design documents, and CDs as per code compliance requirements.
- Assist in detailing the building, including joints and penetrations for electrical equipment, conduit, cable, and conductors for Design Development.
- Create Construction Drawings, including BOQs, detailing all conditions, and complete annotation (dimensions, notes, keynotes, indicators) for electrical equipment, panels, luminaires, conduits, conductors, cables, and controls.
- Conduct Product research and documentation for function and code compliance.
- Assist in LEED Certification by documenting the point system and recommending strategies for lighting and power efficiency.

Qualifications
- ME/BE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Decent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in electrical design for various building types, including Multi-residential, Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial, Hotels, Stores, and Medical/Healthcare.
- Knowledge of US project/design/standards is a plus.
