Role: HR Recruiter

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Recruit for positions in sales, marketing, customer support, operations, administration, and other non-IT domains.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Naukri.com and other job portals is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Any graduate or postgraduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
