Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & optimize product reviews across Amazon and major e-commerce platforms
• Drive customer engagement through responsive feedback management
• Create & share compelling social media content across all channels
• Enhance brand visibility and build customer loyalty
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of digital marketing & social media strategies
• Comfortable using Excel and productivity tools (Google Workspace/MS Office)
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with ability to work independently
• Bonus: Prior e-commerce or marketplace experience

• SEO fundamentals
• Creative content writing & graphic design concepts

Qualifications

• Degree/Pursuing in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Freshers and college students are prioritized. No extensive experience needed.
