About the Role
Stratevi is a boutique firm partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies. We are experiencing growth and seeking a Research Associate with experience or interest in HEOR and Market Access. This role is based in our Santa Monica office. Research Associates support HEOR and Market Access teams across all project stages, from proposal development to result delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support literature review/synthesis
- Medical writing (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, dossiers)
- Quality management oversight for field-based tools
- Project logistics
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Enthusiastic advocate of AI, using it daily to enhance work beyond chat.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MA, or MS) in life sciences, economics, public health, or a related field with 0–1 years of experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of consulting experience within life sciences.
- Previous exposure to HEOR and/or Market Access is a plus.
