Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms.
• Plan content calendars.
• Draft posts and publish updates.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Optimize content for reach and performance.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams.
• Execute social media campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Media planning experience.
• Clear and professional communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of current digital and social trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred but not strictly required.
