About the Role
- Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Type: Long Term Contract (W2 or 1099)
Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, material flow, labor utilization, and performance metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
- Assist with Lean manufacturing activities, including 5S, Kaizen, visual management, and standard work.
- Support process optimization, facility layout improvements, and performance dashboards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
