Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems and support automated system solutions.
- Assist in developing cost-effective procedures and process improvements.
- Learn and contribute to testing, specifications, and system enhancements.
- Liaise between IT and business units for new systems and upgrades.
- Research best practices, benchmark processes, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Related degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of office software, databases, and business systems.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
