About the Role

Join NatWest Group as a Transaction Management Analyst in FX Market Operations. This senior analyst role involves processing transactions for the investment banking function and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing investment banking transactions including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Processing transactions for products such as over-the-counter derivatives, FX, and securities.
• Ensuring prompt response to communications, considering time-zone impacts.
• Meeting targets by processing day-to-day trades in line with set guidelines and procedures.
• Escalating issues where there are deviations from existing procedures.
• Helping to reduce risk to the bank and maintain a control-focused environment.
• Collaborating with counterparties, traders, sales people, and other global operations teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Highly organised individual.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders over the phone or by email.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in and an understanding of the industry.
• A good academic background, with graduate level qualifications or an MBA.
