About the Role

Brandent is looking for a versatile, detail-driven Graphic Designer with a sharp visual aesthetic and an eye for clean, modern execution. In this role, you will work across the full spectrum of agency deliverables—from scratch brand identity systems and print-ready product packaging to digital marketing collateral and AI-assisted creative workflows. We value strong fundamentals in layout, type hierarchy, and grid systems, paired with curiosity for using generative AI tools to accelerate concepting and visual staging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Logo Systems: Design memorable logos, logomarks, and visual identity systems from brief to final delivery. Define brand guidelines: typography pairings, color palettes, spacing rules, and usage standards. Build brand collateral (business cards, letterheads, invoice templates, brand books).
  • Packaging & Print Design: Create dielines and label artworks for boxes, pouches, bottles, and cartons. Prepare clean, production-ready print files (pre-press check, bleed, safe margins, spot colors/CMYK, resolution). Design offline promotional assets such as brochures, standees, flyers, and event collaterals.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing Creatives: Produce high-converting static creatives for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads, carousels, and stories. Design web and e-commerce assets including website hero banners, marketplace listing graphics, and feature callouts. Create professional pitch decks, presentations, and client proposal templates.
  • AI-Assisted Concepting & Product Staging: Use generative AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to rapidly prototype visual ideas, generate moody backgrounds, and stage product environments. Combine AI-generated visual elements with crisp typography and vector assets inside Photoshop and Illustrator for clean, artifact-free final output.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Core Design Sensibility: Deep appreciation for minimal aesthetics, balanced white space, intentional typography, and balanced color palettes.
  • Print Fundamentals: Basic understanding of vector vs. raster workflows, print color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), dielines, and bleed setups.
  • AI Tool Curiosity: Eagerness to explore and integrate AI generation tools into daily moodboarding and asset-creation pipelines.
  • Execution & Ownership: Ability to take constructive creative feedback, iterate rapidly, and maintain file hygiene with organized layers and artboards.
  • Additional tools knowledge in InDesign or Figma is a strong plus.
