About the Role
FILE THE TAX is seeking a full-time, on-site Tax Preparer in Hyderabad. This role involves gathering and reviewing client financial information, preparing individual and business tax returns, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and review client financial information.
- Prepare individual and business tax returns.
- Ensure all filings comply with current tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial statements.
- Identify applicable deductions and credits.
- Accurately calculate tax liabilities and refunds.
- Maintain organized records.
- Respond to client questions.
- Provide clear explanations of tax positions and filing outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax law.
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases.
- Support periodic audits or reviews as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Basic office productivity tools
Qualifications
- Strong Tax Preparation skills, including experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
- Ability to interpret and apply Tax Law and relevant Tax regulations accurately.
- Competence in working with Financial Statements and related documentation.
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts related to taxation and compliance.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in taxation are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
